House roules :

All houses, apartments or rooms are located in the bay of Supetarska Draga and Gonar.

They are all located at a distance of 5 to 100 meters from the sea.

You can rent the houses, apartments or rooms from every day (you don’t have to rent it from Saturday till Saturday. On the day from arrival you may enter your house, apartment or room from 13.00 a.m. On the day of departure you have to leave before 10.00 a.m, when you leave later, the owner can charge you one more day.

 

You have to pay the remaining amount on the day from arrival in euro to the owner. There will be no reimbursements made in case of preliminary return home.

 

The down payment is about 33% of the total sum. In case of cancellation with a serious reason of the booked holiday until 2 months prior to the arrival date the deposit will be returned minus 25%. In the event of cancellation afterwards, the deposit will lapse.

 

Sheets are changed every week. Towels are changed every 3 days. You have  to  bring your own beach towels.

 

In Pension Pivac the sheets are changed every week for free, towels every day or if you want to use them for another day, just leave them hanging on the hook.

 

An amount has been charged for final cleaning in all apartments, houses and studios. What this amount is in every house description.

 

Pets can only be brought with the permission of the owner, please do not bring the animals on the beds. Please bring poop bags and deposit your pet's needs in a rubbish bin. On every house description you can see if pets are welcome. There is a pet fee of € 10 per animal and per day.

The tenant is free to use the mooring buoys of the rented accommodation free of charge. The moorings of Antonio , Marot Luka , Marot Karlo , Gurman are for a fee . 

 

In case of damage to something in or around the house, please notify the owner and this must of course be compensated.

 

You will receive the key to your holiday address.
